Terms of use

Rokumon Games is a public-alpha catalogue of original and independent games operated by Alexei Udall. Games are currently offered without charge. No account is required to play.

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your password confidential.
• The account service is intended for people aged 16 or over.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
• You may download your account data and delete the account through Account settings.

Public-alpha synchronisation can fail or change. Keep the browser copy of progress you care about and do not treat gems, points or trophies as money or property.

You must not:

• Attack, probe, overload or interfere with the hub, its accounts or another player.
• Use automation to abuse registration, recovery, rewards or game services.
• Upload unlawful, infringing or harmful material as a profile image or name.
• Misrepresent ownership of a game or remove author credits.

The hub, brand and first-party material belong to their respective owners. Each game remains the property of the author credited on its listing. Inclusion does not mean that Rokumon developed or published a third-party title. These terms do not grant a right to copy, redistribute or commercially exploit a game bundle.

Prototype and beta labels are meaningful. Features may be incomplete, unavailable or changed, and the service may be interrupted for maintenance or security. Rokumon will use reasonable care but does not promise uninterrupted availability or preservation of guest progress.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited. Subject to those rights, Rokumon is not responsible for indirect loss, lost browser data, third-party platforms or problems caused by unsupported devices, extensions or networks.

Rokumon may restrict or close an account where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention or legal compliance. Material term changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued account use after a change means the updated terms apply.
